Choose the sheet first

A decorative panel and a slot-fit lamp use different design constraints. Nominal sheet thickness is only a starting point; the workshop checks the actual stock and its suitability for laser processing. PVC must not be sent for laser cutting.

Allow for the cut

The material removed by the laser affects slots and joints. A fit sample is needed before a full batch of interlocking panels. Very narrow bridges and isolated details may be unsuitable even when they appear intact in a screen preview.

Separate the shell from electrical work

A lamp-panel quotation may cover only the plywood shell or flat kit. The holder, light source, wiring and electrical assembly are separate items unless explicitly included. Do not infer heat clearance or electrical safety from an illustrative image.

Review the production sample

Provide the intended assembled dimensions, quantity and finish. The 80W machine rating alone does not guarantee cutting thickness, speed or edge quality. The workshop test and final material specification determine the approved settings.
