6061-T6 quotation option at assumed density 2700 kg/m3 with 3% machining loss. This is not a stock or alloy certificate.
Volume x assumed density (2700 kg/m3) x retained material (97%). The +/- 35% band is a planning allowance, not a validated tolerance. Hardware, finish and packaging are excluded. Final dimensions and packed weight require workshop confirmation; estimates are not used as shipping weights.
Final alloy, temper and thickness are confirmed before production. Anodised aluminium surface marking is a separate sample-tested option. The 80W laser is not offered for cutting bare aluminium or deep metal engraving.
